you have to realize, there is a difference between a conservative and a republican, a democrat and a liberal. Democrats, in the traditional sense, are not anti america or anti constitution. Liberals are. Conservatives, are also not anti constitution or anti america. But elected Republican officials frequently act that way. democrats and conservatives differ on some social issues, but agree on fiscal issues. Reps/libs have the opposite belief from dems/conservs about fiscal issues.
